Sub menu items missing in auto-nav

I have a strange problem at the site of a local soccer club (www.njs.fi). There are several sub-folders and the auto-nav menu has a certain hierarchy. All other fly-out menu items work well, except on the sub-menu "Tytöt" (= girls), where only one menu item is visible (NJS T96-97). The included picture shows the relevant auto-nav items in this section.

I have checked many, many times, that none of these pages are excluded from auto-nav. I have also deleted an regenerated many, many times the main directory "Tytöt" and moved these items to this main directory and back. Cache has been cleared several times and database optimized.

When I look the navigation on edit mode, I can see also this menu as expected, as you can see on the other included picture.

This site was generated originally on Concrete 5.5.1. So there is no traces from earlier Concrete5 verisons

Also I had made a directory with basic Latin letters as "Tytot" but it does not help at all. Special characters like "ä" or "ö" does not affect on the names of other menu items. Encoding on website is the normal, UTF-8.

Originally the name of the visible girl team was "NJS T96/97" with slash. I realised in early stage, that this name might harm navigation. So I generated a new page with name "NJS T96-97" and deleted the first one. So the should be no trace of this, because I have cleared the cache and optimized the database many times after this change.

Have anybody had a similar situation or any suggestion for repair? This is real magic, because no other girl teams (NJA Fiorentina... NJS T03) won't appear on any menu elements.

Another, simple question: How to make blank nav item item to open the home page? Most auto-nav sub title pages are just directory names without any real content. E.g. the page "Tytöt" (girls) or "Pojat" (boys) are by empty and will be empty. When clicking these items it would be nice to do nothing or to move to the home page ("Etusivu")

1) Perhaps the pages not showing up is due to having the pages permissions set to not be visible to visitors, only registered users.

2) This should handle your redirect issue:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/page-auto-redirect/...

Thank you very much, your answer solved both problems!

Somehow I had excluded visitors for those pages. I was very very silly not to check this most obvious reason. Maybe I set this permission on early development stage for the parent page ("Tytöt") when I had already one ready page (T97-98).

The add-on Page Auto Redirect will solve the other issue perfectly.
