Unable to connect to database on sub-pages only

I have just moved my site up one level from WEBROOT/concrete5.5.2.1 to the WEBROOT so /concrete5.5.2.1 disappears from my links.

I have changed my database password recently and updated config/site.php, and my homepage works, seehttp://bit.ly/OKT8Bs

However, if you click through to any of the other pages (About, Location etc) I get the following error message:

Unable to connect to database.
A database error occurred while processing this request.

Are the database credentials stored elsewhere?

I have also turned pretty URLs off manually by setting Config.URL_REWRITING to 0 in the database.

I'm getting a HTTP 500 error on those pages now. I believe this is because the link are still pointing to the /concrete5.5.2.1 directory. Where can I find these links in the database to update them?
