Uploaded Image IPTC Headers

This is an odd one that I don't really know where to start. I am drawing close to launching a website in the next couple of days, and the design has use of images from a professional photographer which requires us to include the IPTC headers within the media they provide...in this case, his photography.

When uploading the image, via the file manager, the upload files (images) are keeping their IPTC headers which is perfect. But as soon as it gets put into use on a page, the image then goes into the /files/cache/ directory with an different name...and also looses all it's IPTC headers. Unfortunately, if we are going to use these photos, the photographer MUST see his IPTC headers on the photos on the new website.

Does anyone have any knowledge on this, or how we can work around this, or make sure that these images do not read from the "cache" and actuly the core uploaded file?

ALL help is appreciated, THANKS!!! ...Happy Monday yo'all :)
