Website disappeared - only white page

The website I am building vanished. Only a white page - I can't login or access the dashboard. My host confirmed the server is running.
The ht access file is empty... any ideas?

What were the last actions you took before the site disappeared?
The link you provided does not work. It displays a 500 Internal Server Error.
This sounds like a potential server problem and I would press your host technical support for more information.
Do you have FTP access to the site files and web host control panel access to the database (phpMyAdmin)?

The last thing I did was update one page, save, exit. Like I do all the time. No error messages. I spoke to a zillion folks at the host - no luck. I will press them again.
I do have access to all of the files from the host's control panel - how I discovered the ht access file is empty.

I would check to see if your concrete5 database is still there. If so, export it and save it your computer. I would do the same thing for your site files - copy them to your computer.

works for me now. What was the problem?
What is the address of your website?
Were there any events or actions that preceded the site disappearing?
Do you have a backup?
Have you contacted your host to see if they also have a backup?
