Where are the templates?

I want to modify a template for the pagelist block. I download the emplaye folder from the core, but none of them are the ones that appear in the dropdown that apply to the custom design element of the block.

Are these templates kept somewhere else?

block templates that come with the core are in their respective block's folder. so for the page list block, they would be in concrete/blocks/page_list/templates

If your template was developed by a third party however it could be in application/blocks/page_list/templates

or it could be included with a package in which case it would be in packages/the_package_handle/blocks/page_list/templates

Templates may also be in a theme
