Wishlist function without eCommerce

Hey All,
I'm relatively new to Concrete5 and was browsing around plugins for a new project I'm investigating. I have an idea that I want to implement a to-do list where users can go to the site, add things to an itinerary, and then email it to themselves. I don't necessarily want to implement a user system or payment as the client doesn't need those things. I also don't want to add user accounts *only* for this feature, as the site doesn't require any other features that would be useful enough to require users to sign-up.
My question is whether a plug-in already exists for this, because my search queries have only turned up eCommerce plug-ins that are way overkill for what I need. I also feel like I could implement this myself, but wanted to see if anyone else already built the system, or something I could re-purpose to do what I want, before I go down that rabbit hole. I'd rather not buy an entire eCommerce suite for just this feature -- plus I don't know if I'd be able to implement just the wishlist and nothing else if I did use one.
