Hi - I am a new Concrete user, although I've a lot of experience with wp etc etc etc
I need to install an external package - Backup Pro - can anyone let me know how to do this? II'm lost following the file's .txt destructions

Can you let me know how I can access the /packages folder? Is that via FTP . .. or can I send through the File manager?

Yes, use an FTP program, or, if you have access to your hosts cPanel you can use the cPanel file manager.
cPanel is easiest since you can upload the zip file and then extract it inside the Packages folder.
If you use an FTP program you will have to extract it on your PC and upload the files and folders with the FTP program.
