I Have now installed, deleted and re-installed concrete5 as a one-click installation on my website, using both the built-in Elemental Theme and a purchased Hi-Vis theme approximate 20 TIMES! and after the first log-out using button in the footer I cannot log back in, EVER!
just getting the same invalid user/password, or banned IP!!!
triple-triple checked all passwords, plus password reminder not going to specified email - on the verge of giving up and beginning to feel like I've been a bit fleeced by paying for a theme...

That is the standard login even if you choose a mail address or something else.
I had same problem first: push forgott password - you will get a link via mail. Reset the password and use it with the username: admin
