Cannot get my addons to move to " Add Functionality "

I choose the addons I want from the Marketplace, I " check out " - I apply my license to them. It SAYS they are now accessible on my " Add Functionality " page, only they are NOT there, and no matter what I do, they continue to be not there. Neither do they show up on my Project page. What is wrong ?
Here's what I did as it seemed to help and the add-on I'd selected is now appearing...
-Connected site to community
-Visited the project page
-Selected the add-on which I was interested in and selected 'Release from Project'
-Now at the bottom of the page the 'Add item to this project' has changed to a combo box with 'Select license'. Under here I selected the add-on I'd just removed and then selected 'Associate'.
Unfortunately when I went back to the website the add-on still wasn't there so I did a cold boot of my machine and, bingo, the Add-on appeared.
Might just be a timing thing but previously with add-ons they were appearing as soon as I'd selected to add them. :)
