Cannot Install due to daylight saving issue

Am trying to install a new clean copy of v.5-8.3.2 on my server. When I get to the install page where I add in the database info etc, and click on the 'install concrete5' button, I am getting this error message appearing (See screen grab):
The way PHP and database handle daylight saving times differs by 1 hour and 0 minutes. These are the time zones compatible with the database one: Africa/Casablanca, Africa/El Aaiun, Atlantic Ocean/Canary, Atlantic Ocean/Faroe, Atlantic Ocean/Madeira, Europe/Dublin, Europe/Guernsey, Europe/Isle of Man, Europe/Jersey, Europe/Lisbon and Europe/London
I have other Concrete5 sites (previous versions up to v.5.7.5.13) running on the same server with no issue.
Any ideas?
