Change Base URL

I am trying to move an old site that is running version 5.6.3.2 and can't find a way to change the base URL. When I load the new url, it redirects me to the old one. Site.php doesn't seem to exist in versions later than 5.5. Is this even possible?

please check config->site.php in root and change the .htaccess file to change the base url

Thank you. I was looking for sites.php in the wrong directory (concrete->config).
