Hello Concrete5 Members,
I have a small problem with my Concrete5 website.
When I add a "Content" block and I want to insert an image I get the following error.

An exception occurred while executing 'SELECT path FROM FileImageThumbnailPaths p WHERE (p.fileID = ?) AND (p.fileVersionID = ?) AND (p.storageLocationID = ?) AND (p.thumbnailTypeHandle = ?)' with params [69, 1, 1, "file_manager_listing"]: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'mywebsite_concrete5.FileImageThumbnailPaths' doesn't exist
Did you recently upgrade to 5.7.5.7?
