Concrete5 upgrade 5.7.5.6 to 5.7.5.9

Hello Concrete5 memebers!

I upgraded from Concrete5 5.7.5.6 to 5.7.5.9 and now I receive the following error when I open the File Manager.

An exception occurred while executing 'SELECT path FROM FileImageThumbnailPaths p WHERE (p.fileID = ?) AND (p.fileVersionID = ?) AND (p.storageLocationID = ?) AND (p.thumbnailTypeHandle = ?)' with params [35, 1, 1, "file_manager_listing"]: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'aanhangwagenl_cm.FileImageThumbnailPaths' doesn't exist

I'm seeing this too, how did you fix the bug? Your link doesn't seem to work..

followinghttp://documentation.concrete5.org/tutorials/how-to-manually-upgrad... didn't work at first, replacing the /concrete folder.

With repeated edits to /application/config/update.php and /application/config/generated_overrides/concrete.php, and re-running

/index.php/ccm/system/upgrade and
/index.php/ccm/system/upgrade?force=1

I finally got the site to render and ended up with an /updates/concrete5.7.5.9_remote_updater folder as the running version. Not sure what effect replacing the original concrete5 folder had or why it was broken.
