Forgive my ignorance but is there a C5 customer support phone number for technical help?

Thanks

No. Concrete5 is an open-source software. It was developed by a core team, but since it is free software, there is no phone support. There are numerous support options available to you though. I would start herehttp://www.concrete5.org/services/support-options/...

Or, you've already been introduced to the forums, which is where most people using open source software get their support.

If your need is dire enough, you can always open a support ticket with the core team, although a resolution may cost you.

Welcome to the world of open source, friend!

Well that explains it. Thank you.

Btw, would you know how to restore all of a theme's setting to default without having to install and re-install?

Depends on what theme settings you're talking about? I'm assuming you mean customized CSS? If you can elaborate on your issue I think someone from the fine community might be able to jump in and help.

Ah. Sure. It's a theme I purchased from the Marketplace: church mosaic. For some reason, (I'm sure a good one) the background settings and powers-slider are not the same as displayed on the marketplace.
Struggling with changing page types. It's set to one type under "page types" but when I return to the website, it's another.
I figured I would restore the original settings and start afresh.

First off, I'd try posting in the forums of the Add-on's Marketplace page, and possibly a support ticket there as well if you think it's an issue with the theme. You'll probably get better results from the theme author directly.

As for the Page Types, I'd make sure that theme uses the Page Type you're trying to switch too. Often times with more than one theme installed, there will be some page types that exist for one theme and not the other. You can "Inspect" your theme from the Dashboard Themes page to see if it can use the Page Type you want.

My bad.....I was a payment I made to Concrete5 for my template. I'm just frustrated cause there are no email blocks available for version 5.7.
