error in installing themes

Hey guys, I can't install any additional themes, either the fail when I install them or it fails when I would apply them. For example is the unbound theme from cmix5.com if I click the preview button I get this error shown in below file...
re-upload the files, it's telling you is can't find some of them. If this does not work, and you are certain that all file are there, then double check the file permissions and make sure those are correct.

let me briefly tell you what i want
i am trying to installhttp://c5mix.com/concrete5-themes/unbound/...
theme on concrete 5..but when ever i am trying to install or trying to preview the page i end up with the same error.. so,can u try that and help me out please...
