Error on v 8 install

SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

It's something to do with the database, but I don't know what.

It turns out to be an issue with the provider. Concrete5 triggered the provider's maximum of 75000 queries in an hour. I can't even imagine how Concrete5 did that.
