Error upon auto adding block from marketing

he following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:

* An error while trying to unzip the package: There was an error unpacking your add-on or theme. Perhaps you have not uploaded a valid zip file, or you do not have zip installed.

As it says, try installing unzip.

As far as I've seen it is looking for /usr/bin/unzip

Not sure what happens on windows.. Maybe pclzip would work better? (Better=on more servers)

with access I woulnd't even know how to install it on the box... hopefully my host will install it thanks!

sometimes you can even copy to your web directory and modify the path in concrete5 to let it point to it..

With access it's usually even easier. On debian for example "apt-get install unzip" and you're done.

If so, you could go into your concrete5 profile, and you should be able to download the item. That should give you a zip file. Then extract that on your local machine, connect to your site through FTP, and upload the directory into your packages/ directory. Then, when you log back into your site you should see that it is waiting to install (and hopefully will install without any more errors.)
