File Manager in brand-new 8.0.3 not working

Hi C5,
Just installed version 8.0.3 on a fresh database... some of the dashboard pages aren't working, such as the File Manager (see file 'FM' for screenshot), Members (see file 'M1' for screenshot of Members page and M2 for member search result).
I have no clue as to what is going on...
Any help would be appreciated.

I can confirm this behavior. Also, deletion of blocks may or may not be successful in Chrome. And, adding a folder in File Manager (from the add a thumbnail function) results in a "null" folder name.

Based on the screenshots, it looks like your installation is incomplete and is missing CSS.
You posted a screenshot of an error, where is it from and what triggered it?

Based on the screenshots, it looks like your installation is incomplete and is missing CSS.

The blocks would seem to be deleted, but upon publishing the page, they were all still there. Cache was off, and I cleared the cache and tried again for good measure. Worked first time and every time in Firefox.
As for the thumbnail workflow, I was adding a portfolio page thumbnail in the Elemental theme. I opted to upload an image, but needed to create a new folder first. I could click on "add folder", but no option to name it. I attempted it twice, and got two "null" named folders.

I have found the error, but don't know what the solution is:
I am still seeing this problem in Chrome - but not Firefox - on dashboard pages.
Example: When calling up the Sitemap page from the Dashboard, the page loads but appears incomplete - no sitemap is shown. Upon inspection this is the error being thrown:

Calling up the Members page, again it loads but looks wrong and appears incomplete; the error uppon inspection is:
What all that means I do not know. FireFox loads both pages without a problem.
I have not tried other dashboard pages but will - if I see similar results when loading other Dashboard pages in Chrome, should I just post them here or in Bugtracking?

Have you cleared your Chrome browser cache?

Same here - FM works fine in Ffox, but Chrome is, well, broken, as if no CSS, and functions don't seem to be there which should be. Have to use Ffox to upload. Other pages than FM seem to be fine.
This is on my Win7 box, Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit)
Edit: Upgraded Chrome to latest as of today (Version 58.0.3029.81 (64-bit)) and issue is still there, no change.

It seems to be a Chrome issue - on FireFox all is well....
It would be nice to know how to fix it for Chrome because I prefer Chrome to FireFox.
