I have just installed the new version of Concrete5.
I wish to upload the C5DK blog and also the equinox theme.
I have nevertheless an error message.

It looks like C5DK hasn't been updated for all the new changes that were released in 8.2.1, I would suggest messaging the support on that add-on and asking if they plan to do that.
That looks more like a php7 issue than a c5 version issue (unless the c5 api in that area changed between versions). Though as @hutman says, contact c5dk through the addon support ('get help'). They are pretty good at support.
