Getting an Error Message already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

I'm on a shared service, but I've never had this problem and not sure of any way to address it.

already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

You will need to talk to your hosting provider and ask them to increase the value of max_user_connections for your database user.
