Google detects loads of code 500 errors

Hi all,
As said in the title, I'm currently setting various things in my Webmaster tools console, and figured out that I get a code 500 error on a lot of pages... But it's not really pages as it refers to things that are not supposed to be indexed like everything in /concrete or src/ paths.
Maybe an authorization problem during initial installation ?
