help cant finish installation

im currently installing this concrete5 software for the first time, on my local host server but unfortunately for me its stuck on the creating dashboard page for over 15mins now with the loading bar also stopped moving. please what can i do?

Were any errors displayed?
It could be caused by a lmitation in PHP. Have you tried increasing memory, etc.
