Help with upgrade from 5.6.4.0 to the latest version

Hi,
I need help with upgrading existing site which uses concrete5 version 5.6.4.0 and PHP Version 5.3.28....
If it's possible i will appreciate step by step help for dummies :) because it is my first contact with concrete5 manual upgrades.
All needed information's will be provides up on request....
