We are thinking of implementing Tawk To chat function, can anybody tell me how to do this?

Looks to me like you just need to sign up on tawk.to and copy n paste a bit of code into an html block. At it's simplest, your ready to start receiving messages! Just tested it on a 5.6.3.4 install.
I did make an HTML block and it worked.
But it only works when i'm logged in as an Admin. Doesn't work when logged out!

It probably uses jQuery or something like that, but you didn't tell concrete5 that it required it.
I added it to footer content via setting and finally it did work.

As linuxoid mentioned, as of version 5.7.1 you can use an Add-On instead:

It works for multilingual too, so you can have the chat settings different per language. Of course, if you are using 5.6.x, you're better off pasting in the Javascript code by hand.
