Install problems InConcrete5 request URLs

Hi..
I try to install Version 5.7.5.3 but my page will not pass InConcrete5 request URLs.?!?!
What to do.??

mod_rewrite enabled is enabled.
Made a php5.ini but no luck

Do you have a .htaccess file?
