Installation Fails at "Adding Block Types"

Sounds like a common issue right now, but I'm using Fatcow to host my site. I tried installing both 7.5.13 and 8.1.0, and both are telling me there was an installation error but nothing else. I'm looking all over the place for any kind of error logs, but can't find them for the life of me (and knowing me, they're probably right in front of my face).

I've used Fatcow before with Concrete 5 for a couple other older sites I did and they ran great. Anyone have any tips on how to correct this?

If you have SSH access I would suggest installing on the command line using these instructions:https://documentation.concrete5.org/developers/appendix/cli-commands...

Installing 5.7+ takes significantly longer than 5.6 and about the only way to fix the issue you are having is either install via the command line or up your Max Execution Time to very very high so that there is ample time for it to finish.

Don't think the SSH access is available for me, so I'm going to try either another way to get a command line or the max execution adjustment.

Do you know where I can find the max execution time? Sorry, I've been out of the tech world for quite a few years, so I'm having to dust off a lot of my memory here.
