Installation hangin at installing dashboard *possible fix*

Ok if you have tried to install concrete on a wamp server and you followed the instruction in the "How To" section of the site as I tried to do, it will not work as there is one step that buggered it up.
adding the following piece of code to the my.ini file as suggested will not work...
print("lower_case_table_names=0");
leave out this step and you will have success
