License Transfer

I've been posting this for weeks and no one has responded. I need help to get the license re-synched so I can run updates.

I created a website onhttp://omahanebraskalistingagent.com/... and moved it to herehttp://omahamoveshere.com/ after a full backup.

It's been running great but I need to do theme, C5 and add-on updates but all the licenses are tied to the original domain. I had released them and reassigned them in C5 marketplace but necessary information is apparently missing in the CPanel or somewhere.

Would someone please provide a detailed step-by-step so I can correct his and get everything updated? How do I resolve?

I can't login into the first website any longer but could figure out a way. Error attached in file.

Thank you,
John

Hi John,

Sorry to take a while to look into this. From what I can gather based on your post, the screenshots, and your community account, I'm not sure this is a license issue. The errors are indicating that something is not installed correctly. The licenses look okay from what I can tell. Can you confirm that the file mentioned in the error actually exist?
