Lost all pages after changing multi-language settings

Hello to you all.
I am using C5 version 8.3.. url ishttp://www.movitplus.com
I have been working for some time now with the content of the website. For some stupid reason, i played foolishly with the multilanguage setttings. I changed the names of the home page Accueil to fr_CA while following an online tutorial on how to implement multilanguage. I deleted and created french and english sections. Then i realized that all my pages (all of them located in the french section) were gone.
I need some help on how to retrieve the pages. I thought that C5 was good at saving versions of the website but realized that it applies to pages only, not to settings.
