Manual install of 5.6.x getting error "missing agora"

Hi, I've installed concrete5 before without issue. I wanted to try 5.7 and have decided to go back to 5.6. As there were other installs of other products I'm zeroing the root folder. I have copied over the 5.6.x install files/folders and setup a new db. The install starts and then errors saying that the agora template can't be found. I've checked the zip and it's not there either. Am I missing something?

There must some residue of the theme angora in there somewhere.
Thanks, I'm deleting everything in the root (again) just to be sure.
Remember to double check the zip file.
Thanks SteveB. I've re downloaded the zip and the theme isn't in there

Thanks for your input. I delete "everything" in the root and then did a fresh ftp of the files. It's now working.
