migrate site

I have just moved a site and get a blank page.
http://www.intaglioglass.com

I have changed the site.php file and copied the db

I have also tried upgrading :
http://www.intaglioglass.com/concrete/tools/upgrade.php...

but i recieve this error:
Fatal error: Class 'View' not found in /home/users/uks66930/html/intaglioglass.com/concrete/tools/upgrade.php on line 3



any other changes i should have made?

the server is ok because i can do a clean install and have no problems.

Couple things you may want to verify:

-Make sure the mod_rewrite is on
-Check the permissions on the /config folder and make sure it's writable by Apache.

I had this problem as well, and if I remember correctly, it was related to one of these two issues. You may have to clear your DB and restart the install process.

If these don't do it for you, the C5 team may be able to help.
