moving site issues

Hi guys i have been tring to get a copy of concrete 5.7 installed on my local dev server that i have just setup it uses linux and ehcp control panel, i have been able to move other sites to the server that were made in 5.6 but it seems i am having all sorts of issues moving 5.7 anway this is the error that i get...

touch(): Unable to create file /var/www/vhosts/bizonline.dev/bizonline.dev/httpdocs/application/files/cache/0fea6a13c52b4d47/25368f24b045ca84/38a865804f8fdcb6/57cd99682e939275/2ddb27c5cdf0b672/745d4c64665be841/066260dcfd7970fa/4bd1f7aefbcf5f85.php because Permission denied

i have chmod to 777 and yet still cant get this going? all help greatly appreciated TIA

Hi bizonline,

I believe the problem is that you are copying the local cache to the server.

Disable caching in concrete5 and clear your cache, then try uploading again.

hey thanks for the quick reply but i just tried a fresh install also and its getting the same errors i have been changing permissions etc but just keep getting new errors??
