I'm using the instructions in Remo Laubacher's book on moving a site: export the old database, import to the new database, copy over all the files, then update the config file on the new site. This has worked for me in the past. This time, I'm getting "An unexpected error occurred." That's all--nothing is working, so the problem is site-wide.

It's not the config file itself (so far as I can tell), because I had the database name misspelled and was getting a connection error. Once I corrected the misspelling, the error message changed to the present one.

Has anyone got any insight into what might be going on? The database logs table doesn't show any errors.
