Name server problem for site hosted with C5

Hi there,

We're hosting GloryandGraceChurch.com with C5.

We've been building the site, and now that it's ready, we want to also point a legacy site (gloryandgracechurch.org) to the new site.

We tried changing the name servers for GloryandGraceChurch.org from within the control panel of the domain registrar to:

ns1.host10.getconcrete5.com.
ns2.host10.getconcrete5.com.

And now it looks as though the nameservers set are not serving DNS for the .org domain, and we are getting a page error.

How can we get things running so that GloryandGraceChurch.org is pointing to the .com site which is hosted with you?

Cheers,

David.

If you want the old URL to point to the NEW SITE you do not use nameservers. Try using "redirect" to Point the old url to the new url. You would only reset nameservers if you wanted to host your old site and content on a new server.

Hope this helps
