no access to the site map !

Hi everybody,
I don't undestand, I can't see the site map.
When I want to see it, i have this message : parsererror.
What does it mean ? What should I do to see the site map ?

Hi,
thank you so much for your help,
here you are screenshots.
On the dashboard, there is 3 tabs to look at the map of the site
but only the third one works, I don't know why but as you can see on the screenshots,
the first one and second one have a problem.
Could you help me ?

Can you post a screenshot & full error message?
BTW, this doesn't sound like an Installation problem...
