No C5 Buttons/Bar

Hi
I'm new to C5. I installed it through Simple Scripts in my Bluehost account. I received an email confirmation with my username and password etc. Everything looks as if it's installed and working. I updated the PhP on my web account.
When I click on the C5 link and log in, I get my website in my browser but no C5 toolbar / buttons etc, like the video shows.
Any ideas whats gone wrong?

So no error messages? Does the login link at the bottom say you are logged in or does it ask you to login? What browser are you using?
No nothing at all. I have used Firefox, Chrome, Opera - in Windows 7, Ubuntu 10.10 and Mint 10.
The URL sayshttp://www.mimenta.com/index.php/login... but I get the same results as if I went straight tohttp://www.mimenta.com. Theres no C5 logo anywhere.
Its as if C5 doesnt exist at all.
