Hi guys

I am starting to get very frustrated. First of all i was using a portable server called server2go. This allowed concrete5 to install quickly and easy.

I then finally got XAMPP but when installing concrete5, it gets stuck on installing dashboard. I have tried bumping up the max_execution_time to 3600 and my memory_limit=128m as default.

It also take longer than usual to get to the installing dashboard stage.
