How do I get a pdf document onto my website.

What exactly do you mean? Like a PDF viewer on your site?
Which version of Concrete5 are you using?
If you are using COncrete5 5.7 and above there is this free PDF viewerhttps://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/pdf-viewer1...
If you are on Concrete5 legacy, unfortunately, the market is closed and you can't download or buy any add-ons. You can however search for them and try contacting the developers who might be able to get you a copy.
