Properties panel not working after upgrade.

Moved a site from windows server to linux.
Got everything working and then upgraded to the latest version of c5.6
One problem remains. The Properties Panel doesn't work as it should. When I click "properties" it opens up and sends the content of the webpage (Foundation based) to the left and the panel appears. And there is no save button, attributes are marked as used but doesn't appear in the right column, and I can't delete them or add new ones.
I guess downgrading is an option but do anyone of you have any idea of another solution to the problem. It looks like something involving jQuery and CSS.
