Removing an Add-on Manually

Is there a way to manually remove an add-on (or two)? I got sideways with a couple of add-ons this morning and have spent the day fixing the site. The site is visible again and I still have issues. I have tried to remove them from the "Extend Concrete" page and Project page with no luck. Any information would be appreciated.
