Sales Tax/Shipping issue

Hello. We are running the eCommerce add-on with our website and have encountered a problem with the sales tax/shipping.

We have set a flat shipping rate of $7.20, and a sales tax rate of 6%. The tax is set to apply to both the item amount and the shipping, as required in Pennsylvania. When someone orders one item, everything works fine. However, if they order additional items, it shows the shipping still as just $7.20 (as it should be), but it applies an additional 43 cents of sales tax per item.

In other words, if ordering two items, it charges an extra 43 cents; three items, an extra 86 cents, and so on. It seems to know it is only supposed to charge the $7.20 once, but it calculates the tax as if it were charging $7.20 shipping per item. (6% of 7.20 is .43)

Does anyone know of a setting that would eliminate this? Thank you.

Shhhhhhhhh!!! The extra is going into my bank account. j/k ;)

There are a bunch of ecommerce plugin out there. You'll probably find faster support from the add-on support pagehttps://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/store-ecommerce-from-vi... (if this is your add-on) or from the author support/github page.
