Selecting specific email to allow registering

Hello everyone. My apologies if I'm asking a question which has an obvious answer. I'm trying to set up my site so that people can only register using a specific email address. If someone has an email which ends with @mysite.com they can register; if they have an email which ends with @hotmail.com they can't register.
