I tried to install Concrete5 in version 5.7.5.13 and 8.3.2 either manually or through softaculous and I always get the same error.
The error is what is in this :

I spoke with my hosting provider, and they say that the problem is in concrete5 and that in the hosting everything is ok.
Can someone help me to solve this situation?

If this is a fresh install with no addons, there are not any keys that long. So something is happening that makes the environment misunderstand the length of a key. To start, check the language/locale you are installing in and the database collation.
+1 for database collation..
