Trying to install ProBlog, can't get to my project page

When I go to the project page, it asks me to sign back in to Concrete5 Community - but that log in site will not recognize my name and password no matter how many times I reset my password. So basically here are my steps
1. Purchase ProBlog
2. Think I've downloaded it.
3. Go to Add functionality - which shows me the themes and add ons I have installed. At the bottom I see a link to my project page.
4. Click on link.
5. takes me to Concrete sign in
6. Fill out log in and password - nothing happens. Resets page, fields are empty.
So now I have two problems - I can't install the add on AND i can't log in to my project page. Advice? thank you!
