Unable to connect to database STRATO

Hi,
i tried to install concrete5 on Strato server. All Testing Items are green and say ok. I have write the right infos in the Database Information. But i get "Unable to connect database" again and again.
The Server is "rdbms.strato.de" and the other Infos are also right.
I don't know whats the problem!
I attache a screeshot of my problem.
