Worst case scenario, you can always manually update your theme package.

How can I do that?

Bitnami provides the concrete5 5.7.5.6-0 (Ubuntu 14.04) image.

I believe server configuration and operating system permissions support are often the responsibility of the user. I would recommend doing an internet search for how to check folder permissions in Ubuntu.

Perhaps someone with experience using concrete5 and Azure might reply with an answer.

Do you have FTP or control panel file manager access to your server?

Actualy this is on webapp Azure so on Windows system so we can not use FTP client to set permissions.

I do not anderstand why you offer Concrete5 packing on this plateforme if you do not offer support....

I ask about file access to offer instructions on how to manually update your package.
