I cant visit the add function tab. Instead I get this:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class FlashContentBlockController in /home/html2c5/public_html/concrete/blocks/flash_content/controller.php on line 36

Same here.

Tried installing it on two sites - one worked perfectly, the other gave me the same error.

are they both for the Flash Video player? The one by Elyon?

I don't have that module installed on either of the sites.

It doesn't let me access the "Add Functionality" page from the dashboard at all - when clicked it just returns the error page.

Mine returns the following.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class FormBlockStatistics in /home/batt2/public_html/blocks/form/controller.php on line 423

***** I decided to check something based on your comment Mnkras - I had "Ajaxform" & "Community Form" installed - alongside the core concrete form. I deleted those add-ons (in development anyways - not a big deal) and that did the trick. I can now access the "add functionality" page in the dashboard.

I guess there's a conflict with one of those addons...

Sorry for the rambling, but thanks for the help!

i guess they have the same class names, if you change the class names in them accordingly you can make it not throw an error then
