Upgraded to 5.6.1.2 and now edit bar and dashboard is broke

Hello All,
Last night I upgraded to 5.6.1.2, after the upgrade I cannot edit any of my pages. I login to c5, and my edit bard has lost all of it button and links (just a grey bar). When I access the dashboard, I can navigate, but none functions work (ex access file manager and assign a file to a file set, clear cache). I ensured that I had in all my page type files.
If anyone else is having this issue and have solved the problem, please let me know.
