Website Gone

Hi,
I'm a complete and utter n00b, so please bear with me. I built my website using a parallax design last year and I was actually completely satisfied with it. Then, about a month ago, I decided to transfer domain hosts and somewhere in the process my website was completely erased/replaced/gone. The site that appears under my domain is some sort of default design that is NOT what I had built and neither my old nor new hosts seem to know what happened. I can't find the right files for my site anywhere and have no idea what happened. Does anyone have any ideas how to help me? I have no idea how my entire website could just disappear overnight by what looks like someone else's webpage. When I even try to look at the "Versions" portion of each page it doesn't show anything older than today's date. And, no, I didn't do a backup of my files before transferring. Has this ever happened before?

Hi mpeterso,

Who transfered your site from your old host to your new host?

Have you contacted your old host about backup files previous to the transfer?

I wonder if your new host just created a new default concrete5 install instead of transferring it.

Is your website username and password still the same or were they changed?
