White Screen on GoDaddy

My site has been working fine on GoDaddy for the past 2 years. Recently they migrated files to another server and changed my IP address in the process. Website displayed Pageok. I changed zone records where the domain name is registered, and then the website simply displayed a white screen. Called GoDaddy support and they said the domain name is pointed to the GoDaddy server, but could not tell me why website is not displayed.

I downloaded files to my local machine and have site working. I'm using XAMPP 1.7.7 (only because I thought I needed PHP v5.3.) Using Concrete 5.6.1.2. I don't know much about debugging tools and was wondering if someone could figure out where the site is getting stuck. Website is LynchburgHabitat.org.

Hello shabib1819,

Have you tried renaming the php.ini, or .htaccess file? There may be a rule/setting in there causing a problem, and renaming the file (for example: .haccess.old, or php.ini.old) will cause is to use the default server settings.

I hope this helps,
John-Paul
